About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and shipment tracking
- Handle international purchasing and coordinate with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders
- Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms
- Maintain inventory coordination and ensure material availability for operations
- Prepare and monitor shipping documents, LPOs, invoices, and related documentation
- Ensure cost control, compliance, and efficiency across supply chain activities
- Resolve shipment delays, supply issues, and logistics challenges proactively
- Generate reports related to procurement, logistics, and supply chain performance
Requirements
✅ Experience in trading and manufacturing industry
✅ Strong knowledge of international procurement, logistics, and shipment coordination
✅ Experience handling imports, suppliers, and freight processes
✅ Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills
✅ ERP and MS Excel knowledge preferred
