Sales Coordinator - Arabic Speaker
About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing orders, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
- Prepare Account wise Sales Vs Target vs Achievement reports, MIS reports
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather relevant information for client requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and status updates.
2. Export Client Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for export clients, addressing inquiries, providing sales or marketing new launches, planogram, related information in line with line manager.
- Collect monthly reports from each distributors prepare the category wise reports
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction levels.
- Follow up with logistics, NPD, Marketing for smooth operations
- Coordinate with Exports, Buyers to obtain pricing, availability, and other relevant information.
- Manage and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Assist in tracking sales orders, deliveries, and project timelines.
· Coordinate a cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse and Finance department towards common goals set by the organization.
- Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Required Skills :
- · Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- · Relevant experience preferred.
- · Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
- · Proficient in appropriate software.
- · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
