About This Role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing orders, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Prepare Account wise Sales Vs Target vs Achievement reports, MIS reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather relevant information for client requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and status updates.

2. Export Client Communication:

  • Act as a point of contact for export clients, addressing inquiries, providing sales or marketing new launches, planogram, related information in line with line manager.
  • Collect monthly reports from each distributors prepare the category wise reports
  • Follow up with clients to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction levels.
  • Follow up with logistics, NPD, Marketing for smooth operations
  • Coordinate with Exports, Buyers to obtain pricing, availability, and other relevant information.
  • Manage and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
  • Assist in tracking sales orders, deliveries, and project timelines.

· Coordinate a cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse and Finance department towards common goals set by the organization.

  • Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Required Skills :

  • · Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • · Relevant experience preferred.
  • · Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
  • · Proficient in appropriate software.
  • · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
