Sales Coordinator
About This Role
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator
The role is to support the sales team with maintaining efficient coordination between team, department's and customers. Prompt responses to customer queries , sending quotations, administrative works, etc.
The candidate should be Graduate with minimum 2 years work experience as sales coordinator in UAE. Should be energetic, alert and highly motivated individual Excellent written and verbal skills in English is a must. Knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Documentation: Prepare and process customer courier orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery notes accurately.
- Client Communication & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries regarding rates, shipment status, and delivery schedules.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with operational teams, and warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
- CRM & Database Management: Maintain up-to-date client records, tracking logs, and sales reports in the CRM system.
- Sales Team Support: Assist sales executives with documentation, reporting, and follow-ups to help achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Problem Solving: Efficiently manage customer complaints, delayed deliveries, and operational issues to maintain client satisfaction.
