Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Operations & Sales Coordinator** to manage daily operations, coordinate site activities, and support sales functions within our elevator maintenance and project division.
The ideal candidate will be capable of efficiently handling both field and office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with technicians and oversee site activities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and documentation
- Support sales activities and business development initiatives
- Communicate and follow up with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth execution of maintenance and project works
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience (elevator industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
• UAE Driving License (preferred)
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
