Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with a strong Chemistry background to join our team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, handle client communications, and assist with chemical product-related coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
- Communicate with clients regarding product specifications, quotations, and order updates
- Prepare sales reports, documentation, and maintain accurate records
- Handle technical inquiries related to chemical products
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery
- Maintain and update customer databases and follow up on orders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of chemical products or industry is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience in chemical trading/manufacturing companies in UAE
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
