Role overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and academic assessments; present Crimson products.
• Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships, and improve sales techniques and industry knowledge.
• Develop ideas for connecting with families and build partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations.
• Collaborate with local area and digital marketing teams on lead-generation campaigns, services, and distribution channels.
• Conduct outreach at school talks, careers expos, and seminars; research organizations and markets for leads and partnerships.
• Attend relevant industry events and provide feedback and information on market trends.

Candidate requirements

• Excellent previous sales track record.
• Strong storytelling skills and experience with public speaking.
• Experience with higher education or deep understanding of the college application process.
• Interest in working with families and students to connect them with suitable programs.
• Comfort with video chat and phone conversations.

Useful experience

• Salesforce experience would be useful.
• Understanding of the US/UK undergraduate application process would be useful.
• A strong US/UK undergraduate background would be useful.
