A leading company is seeking a Sales and Business Development Engineer to drive growth in the construction sector.
The role focuses on business development, project acquisition, client relationships, and sales performance.
Core qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- At least five years of sales and business development experience in the Saudi construction market is required.
- Experience in one or more specified fireproofing, waterproofing, flooring, or coating areas is required.
- Strong relationships with construction and industrial stakeholders, especially in the Eastern Province, are required.
- A proven record of project acquisition and sales target achievement is required.
- A valid Saudi driving license is required.
Technical and commercial areas
- Relevant areas include passive fireproofing, steel structure fireproofing, waterproofing systems, epoxy flooring, and protective coatings.
- Core skills include business development, project acquisition, negotiation, client relationship management, data analysis, strategic decision-making, and resource management.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with specialized construction-materials, insulation, coatings, or protection companies such as Fosroc, Sika, Jotun, Hempel, or similar is preferred.
- PMP certification or relevant professional or training certifications is preferred.
Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, project owners, and industrial clients.
- Negotiate with clients and achieve sales targets.
