Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Dubai, requiring fluency in Arabic and strong English communication skills.

The Sales Business Development professional will identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and partners in the marketing and influencer ecosystem.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering tailored sales presentations, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.

The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer support, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

The position also includes collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals, tracking performance against targets, and providing feedback on market trends and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including fluent Arabic and proficient English, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships and managing client expectations.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing in the marketing or media industry.
  • Background in Sales Management or account management, including forecasting, reporting on performance, and working toward defined revenue targets.
  • Experience in Training or coaching team members or partners on products, services, or best practices is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, digital media, or advertising ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • This position is a high commission only position - 25% uncapped.
