We partner with companies to help them build strong teams through a fast, structured, and people-first recruitment approach.
We are currently looking for a Recruiter / Account Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join our team and support both client management and recruitment delivery.
About the Role
This role combines recruitment and account management.
You will be responsible for managing client relationships while handling full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple roles and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned client accounts
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across different roles
- Understand client hiring needs and translate them into clear job briefs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
- Present shortlisted candidates and manage interview coordination
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and candidates throughout the process
- Support account growth and long-term client success
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or account management (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of the UAE/GCC market is a strong advantage
