Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Recruiter (Arabic Speaker) role based in Dubai.

The Junior Recruiter will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

The role involves drafting and posting job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.

The Junior Recruiter will communicate with candidates in both Arabic and English, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and assisting with employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort using digital tools and platforms such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, professional networking sites, and productivity software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records, preparing reports, and handling confidential information.
  • Motivation to learn and grow in talent acquisition, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Previous internship or junior experience in recruitment, HR, or administration is an advantage, preferably within media, marketing, or a related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
