Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales (Marketing) Professional, based in Dubai.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to engage potential clients, and building long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
include delivering sales presentations, providing client support through excellent customer service, spearheading training initiatives, and effectively managing sales activities to achieve targets.
Collaborating closely with the marketing team, the Sales Professional will also contribute to campaigns that align with the company’s vision.
Please note that this is a fully commission-based position with no fixed base salary.
Compensation
is directly tied to performance and successful sales outcomes, offering strong earning potential for driven and results-oriented professionals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
- Proficiency in customer service and the ability to cater to client needs
- Experience in sales and sales management with a focus on achieving targets
- Ability to conduct training sessions and mentor team members
- Adaptability and understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing strategies
- Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
- Familiarity with the digital marketing and influencer ecosystem is a plus
