Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site SaaS Sales role based in Dubai.
The SaaS Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Daily tasks include engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored SaaS solutions that align with Trifid Media’s digital and influencer-focused offerings.
The role involves maintaining an up-to-date pipeline in the CRM, preparing proposals and contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
The position also includes tracking performance against sales targets, providing feedback on market trends, and participating in ongoing sales training and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients, address inquiries, and build lasting relationships.
- Proven Sales experience, ideally in SaaS or digital media, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Background in Sales Management or account management, including managing pipelines, forecasts, and key accounts.
- Experience delivering Training or product walkthroughs to clients, helping them understand and adopt SaaS solutions effectively.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales analytics to monitor performance and optimize outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage.
- Eligibility to work on-site in Dubai and willingness to meet clients in person as needed.
