Role overview
The employer is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates.
The role involves assisting customers, supporting daily store operations, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
- Provide customer service and product information.
- Maintain product displays and keep the store well organized.
- Support stock checking, replenishment, and inventory activities.
- Handle billing and other basic store operations when required.
- Work toward achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach with customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Willingness to work in a retail environment and flexible shifts is required.
- A valid QID is required.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
Contract and compensation
- The initial contract is temporary and lasts six months.
- The position may convert to full-time employment after successful completion of the six-month contract.
- Pay is up to QAR 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
