Role Overview
Oversee execution quality, site coordination, and adherence to design specifications across finishing activities.
The role covers high-end fit-out and construction projects.
Experience and Background
- Requires 8–10 years of experience in high-end fit-out or construction projects.
- Requires a strong background in architectural finishing works and site supervision.
Technical Skills
- Read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Understand MEP coordination with architectural works.
- Manage fit-out, interior finishing, and detailing works.
- Resolve site-level technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site finishing activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate architectural, MEP, and site teams; maintain workmanship quality standards.
- Monitor progress, support timely delivery, conduct site inspections, and report updates.
- Resolve technical issues with engineers and consultants.
Leadership Expectations
- Provide strong site leadership and team control.
- Enforce quality standards and workmanship discipline.
- Guide site teams and subcontractors and coordinate stakeholders.
