Role overview
Supports day-to-day loyalty programme operations, including systems and applications, print and production, file and transaction processing, and related tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Support the annual loyalty measurement plan and daily programme operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve use of existing analytical tools; respond to customer-data queries and help resolve loyalty service issues.
- Execute approved campaigns and promotions; prepare loyalty training materials for in-store staff.
- Monitor daily transactions for suspicious activity and monitor the stock and distribution of loyalty collateral.
- Assist with loyalty system and application implementations, partner and supplier setup, and rewards-platform issue reporting.
- Coordinate with other departments and provide weekly and monthly task reports.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; the description also mentions management with marketing, PR, or communications specialization, or equivalent.
- Prior retail industry experience is mandatory.
- 3+ years of experience in loyalty programmes, marketing operations, customer service, or a similar role.
Skills
- Basic understanding of loyalty programmes, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills and attention to detail when handling customer data and transactions.
- Good communication and coordination; able to identify discrepancies, follow procedures, escalate issues, organize work, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn systems, applications, and reporting tools.
Pay
- Pay is stated as starting from QAR 7,000 per hour.
