The Sales Associate welcomes and assists customers, operates cash registers, stocks shelves and prepares merchandise for display.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions and provide product information.
- Recommend products, introduce promotions and upsell to increase purchase amounts.
- Process payments and manage financial transactions.
- Prepare merchandise and design displays.
- Assist with inventory, returns and refunds.
- Handle customer complaints and help create a positive customer experience and work environment.
Job requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of retail experience.
- Luxury chocolate, confectionery or food retail experience is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Graduate in a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Merchandising skills, including creating trays, baskets and customized gifts.
- Excellent customer service and customer complaint handling.
