Responsibilities
- Contribute to sales targets and budget achievement while controlling or minimizing costs.
- Oversee customer service, customer queries and complaints, the Sequence of Service, and service flow.
- Supervise staff service practices and productivity, and emphasize restaurant cost reduction.
- Prepare itemized meal checks using the Micros Point of Sales system.
- Stock service areas with coffee, food, tableware, linens, and other supplies.
- Support reward schemes and programs.
Requirements
- Graduate in a relevant discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in high-end or casual dining F&B operations.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good English communication and people-management skills.
