Run food and beverage orders from the bar or kitchen to assigned tables or designated areas.
Set up service stations, clear tables, and help keep the store and outside area clean and neat.
Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive duties and work in a high-pressure environment.
- Assist in setting up and opening the restaurant.
- Assist the front-of-house team in serving food and drinks.
- Ensure guests are attended to and pass guest comments, remarks, or requests to the waiter.
- Clean the restaurant according to standard procedures.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by direct supervisors.
Job requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
