Assist the Head Chef in back-of-house, kitchen, and food preparation activities.
Support daily shift activities and customer satisfaction through food quality.
Responsibilities
- Support the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie with culinary operations in an assigned section.
- Produce products as instructed by senior staff and follow standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain food hygiene, licensing, and safety standards; operate equipment using safe procedures.
- Keep the workstation clean and safe, and maintain a positive, professional kitchen environment.
- Date and store food correctly, sanitize equipment, and help preserve food integrity and quality.
- Control breakage, spoilage, and cost items; support other sections when required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience as a Chocolatier Chef.
- Energetic self-starter with a results-focused approach.
- Ability to travel and adapt to a multicultural environment.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
