Sales Associate- English & Arabic Speaker

Job Purpose
Deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain brand standards through product knowledge, customer engagement, and store presentation.
Act as a brand ambassador and ensure a premium shopping experience for every customer.
The role is in the Retail department and reports to the Store Manager or Area Manager.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,000 per month plus commission.
Sales and Customer Service
- Greet, engage, and assist customers professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and conversion rates.
- Promote offers, loyalty programs, and new product arrivals.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints and escalate them when necessary.
Product and Brand Presentation
- Maintain knowledge of product features, sizes, materials, fits, and styling tips.
- Stay current on fashion trends, seasonal launches, and brand guidelines.
- Support the visual merchandising team by maintaining product display standards.
Store Operations
- Perform cash handling and POS transactions accurately.
- Assist with receiving, tagging, replenishment, and stockroom organization.
- Participate in stock counts, cycle counts, and loss prevention practices.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and store ambience according to company standards.
Teamwork and Culture
- Work collaboratively with team members and support store priorities.
- Attend briefings, meetings, and product training sessions.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Arabic speaking is mandatory.
- English speaking is mandatory.
- Previous experience in fashion retail or a customer-facing role is desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional presentation, energy, customer focus, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.

- The employment type is full-time.
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
