Marketing Assistant (Local only)

Role details

Content creation

• Create social media content and photograph products, services, promotions, and activities at company branches.
• Edit photos and videos for daily and weekly posting; write captions, promotional text, and other social media content.
• Maintain a content calendar and publish scheduled posts on time.
• Assist with social media account management and audience engagement; ensure products are clearly presented.

Customer communication

• Respond to customer inquiries received through social media and the customer service phone number.
• Follow up on complaints, feedback, and suggestions; forward matters needing further assistance to relevant departments.
• Maintain professional, friendly, and timely communication and ensure inquiries and complaints are followed up and addressed.

Department support

• Coordinate daily marketing activities and organize marketing materials, photos, videos, and digital content.
• Complete assigned administrative and marketing tasks as directed by the manager.

Schedule and location

• Work schedule is stated as 9m to 6pm in the source.
• Work from the office on writing, editing, scheduling, customer inquiries, complaint follow-ups, and coordination.
• Visit company branches to photograph products, services, and daily activities; coordinate visits and deadlines with the supervisor.
• Work location is in person.

Skills and qualifications

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Basic photography and photo/video editing skills.
• Good written communication in Arabic; English is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills, attention to detail, time management, and prioritization.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and develop marketing skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• No previous professional experience is required; guidance will be provided.

Pay

• AED 6,000 per month.
