Procurement Coordinator
Role Overview
• Follow up on order confirmation samples with suppliers and ensure approvals are completed.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, quantities, prices, quality, and delivery dates.
• Ensure production follows the approved samples and required specifications.
• Follow up on Packing Lists, Final PI, and required order documents.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team for shipment arrangements and container requirements.
• Monitor orders to ensure quality, quantity, pricing, budget, and delivery timelines are achieved.
• Maintain accurate order and supplier records and provide regular follow-up updates.

Responsibilities
- Follow up on order confirmation samples with suppliers and ensure approvals are completed.

- Coordinate with logistics on shipment arrangements and container requirements.
- Monitor orders against quality, quantity, pricing, budget, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate order and supplier records and provide regular follow-up updates.
Requirements
- Experience in buying, procurement, or supplier coordination.
- Fashion or footwear experience is preferred.
- Good communication, Excel, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders.
- Three years of accounting experience is preferred.
- Immediate availability to join is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
