About The Opportunity

Our Sales Associates are the frontline drivers of growth—transforming leads into long-term partnerships while navigating cross-border trade dynamics and customer-centric service models.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect, engage, and convert B2B clients across UAE markets through direct outreach, trade shows, and digital channels.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract structures aligned with regional compliance and company margins.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from initial inquiry to post-sale support—ensuring seamless execution across logistics and customer service teams.
  • Track and report pipeline metrics weekly, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and expansion opportunities within key verticals.
  • Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure inventory alignment with sales forecasts and delivery timelines.
  • Represent Unity Star at industry events and client meetings, reinforcing brand trust and market positioning.
