A fast-growing import-export logistics firm operating across the UAE, we specialize in end-to-end supply chain coordination, customs clearance, and regional distribution for FMCG and industrial goods.
Our team thrives on speed, precision, and reliability — delivering seamless operations for regional retailers and distributors.
As we scale, we’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Office Boy to ensure smooth day-to-day office and warehouse coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver internal documents, mail, packages, and couriers across departments and off-site locations.
- Assist in maintaining office cleanliness, stocking supplies, and managing stationery inventory.
- Support warehouse team with light material handling, tagging, and order preparation under supervision.
- Run errands for senior staff including banking, vendor pickups, and government office visits.
- Handle guest reception, phone接听, and basic visitor coordination during peak hours.
- Assist with event setup, office equipment maintenance, and filing as directed.
Must-Have
- Valid UAE residency visa with police clearance
- Arabic or Urdu fluency (spoken)
- Basic literacy in English (reading/writing)
- Proven experience in office support or logistics assistant role
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg and stand for extended hours
- Valid driving license (UAE or GCC)
Preferred
- Familiarity with UAE customs or logistics environments
- Experience with mobile couriers or delivery apps
- Basic MS Office or WhatsApp/Google Forms proficiency
