A dynamic F&B operator in the UAE’s premium hospitality and retail sector, we craft exceptional coffee experiences for high-footfall urban locations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks (espresso, latte, cappuccino, pour-over) with consistent quality, speed, and presentation.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment to ensure peak performance and hygiene compliance.
- Deliver friendly, personalized service to customers—anticipating needs, upselling menu items, and resolving issues promptly.
- Stock and organize inventory—including coffee beans, syrups, milk, and disposables—while monitoring expiry and waste.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and cleanliness standards (HACCP, UAE F&B regulations) across all customer-facing and back-of-house areas.
- Support opening/closing routines, daily cash handling, and POS system operations with accuracy and accountability.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Experience operating commercial espresso machines (La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, etc.)
- Proficiency in steaming milk, latte art, and drink customization
- Knowledge of coffee bean origins, roast profiles, and brewing methods
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Familiarity with UAE F&B hygiene and customer service standards
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Arabic is a plus
- POS system proficiency (e.g., Square, Lightspeed, or similar)
- Valid UAE work permit and residency visa
- Preferred
- Certification from SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) or equivalent
- Previous experience in gourmet cafés, luxury hotels, or airport lounges
- Social media-savvy with ability to contribute to brand storytelling
