Sales Associate

Position objective

Customer service and sales

• Greet customers, help them select products, and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program and follow the GUEST selling guideline: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank.
• Stay updated on group brands and product knowledge to support suggestive selling.
• Maintain a presentable, well-groomed appearance and minimize stock loss.

Merchandise and store operations

• Display stock according to layout standards and follow visual-merchandising and clearance stock norms.
• Record inventory inward and outward and maintain inventory reports.
• Operate the point-of-sale and billing counter; issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly.
• Count cash at the start and end of shifts and process cash, card, voucher, and automatic-debit payments.
• Stay vigilant about store security and follow standard operating procedures and loss-prevention policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sales figures outside the company.

Schedule

• Flexibility is required for extended hours during sale periods, varied shifts, and overtime according to business requirements.
