Overview

  • Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Operations Lead to oversee both revenue generation and day-to-day operational efficiency in our perfume trading business.
  • This role combines strategic sales leadership with operational execution, ensuring smooth supply chain processes, strong client relationships, and consistent business growth.
  • Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and wholesale clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the fragrance industry
  • Lead pricing strategies, promotions, and product positioning Operations Management
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, and logistics
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely product availability
  • Optimize inventory levels to reduce waste and stockouts
  • Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and delivery Team Leadership
  • Lead and manage sales and operations teams
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching
  • Foster a high-performance and collaborative work environment Financial & Reporting
  • Monitor sales performance, margins, and operational costs
  • Prepare sales forecasts and operational reports
  • Ensure profitability through effective cost control and pricing strategies Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure all products meet regulatory standards and quality requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation for imports/exports and trading compliance Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in sales and operations (preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or FMCG)
  • Strong understanding of fragrance market trends and distribution channels
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in inventory management and logistics coordination Key Skills
