Job Description
NextPower seeks an Analyst to help drive global sales programmes.
The role develops energy and financial models and prepares quotations and comprehensive proposals using technical requirements, project economics, and financial information.
The Analyst works with Global Sales, Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams to support customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop modeling tools.
- Coordinate sales proposals and generate quotes.
- Track sales activities using Salesforce.com.
- Manage CRM system reporting, improvements, and modifications.
- Generate sales reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Create and maintain sales models to support positive contribution margin.
- Work with Global Sales and Business Development on deal structuring and bid strategy.
- Provide new-product input with Marketing and Product Management.
- Improve proposal templates, bankability binders, and client presentations.
- Analyze orders and quotes for hit rates, market segments, value propositions, and lead sources.
Experience and Qualifications
- Engineering degree or advanced degree in a business or technical field.
- 4-6 years of sales analysis, business development, and/or financial modeling experience.
- Solar or power industry experience is a plus.
- Fluency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- CRM tool experience, including Salesforce.com, is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
