About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing excellent customer service and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with property sales, leasing, and rentals.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Negotiate property deals and close transactions successfully.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales/leasing is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai property market.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- RERA certification is preferred or willingness to obtain one.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable.
