Sales & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed monthly personal loan and credit card sales targets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, corporate tie-ups, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct customer profiling and explain product features, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
- Negotiate terms within policy guidelines and close profitable deals.
- Maintain daily sales activity reports and pipeline updates.
- Cross-sell additional financial products when applicable.
Customer Experience
- Provide professional and customer-focused service throughout the sales cycle.
- Guide customers through documentation and KYC requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of complete applications to minimize processing delays.
- Follow up with customers for approvals, disbursement, and card activation.
- Address customer queries and complaints efficiently.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to internal compliance policies and credit guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and proper record keeping.
- Follow UAE Central Bank regulations and company policies.
