- Bilingual Telesales & Call Center Agent – Aesthetic Clinic Experience Required

- We are hiring a Bilingual Telesales & Call Center Executive for a premium Aesthetic Medical Center in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate must have strong sales communication skills, experience in aesthetic clinics, and the ability to convert inquiries into appointments and sales professionally.
Mandatory Requirements (Dealbreakers)
- Minimum 1 year UAE work experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in an Aesthetic / Cosmetic / Dermatology Clinic
- Currently residing in Dubai
- Valid self-sponsored visa (Family / Freelance / Golden Visa)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Explain aesthetic treatments and promotions to patients
- Manage CRM updates and appointment scheduling
- Provide high-level customer service and patient support
- Achieve sales and booking targets
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Excellent telesales and negotiation skills
- Experience with aesthetic terminology and treatments
- CRM experience preferred (Odoo is an advantage)
