We are seeking dynamic and globally minded **International Real Estate Sales Agents** to join our team.

This role is ideal for professionals who excel in working with international buyers, investors, and high‑net‑worth individuals from multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with international clients and investors across multiple regions
  • Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and investment consultations for global buyers
  • Promote premium, luxury, and off‑plan properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
  • Build and manage a diverse portfolio of international clients, partners, and referral networks
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and Abu Dhabi market trends
  • Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate at international events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or international client services is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in **English**; additional languages (Russian, Mandarin Chinese, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, German, etc.) are a strong advantage
  • Ability to build trust with international clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
