Job Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant (Abu Dhabi Experience Required)
About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Real Estate Sales Consultant with solid experience in the Abu Dhabi market.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales ability with a consultative approach—guiding clients to the right property decisions while consistently achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, and marketing campaigns
- Consult clients on buying, selling, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi
- Present and promote residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and deliver professional client presentations
- Build long-term relationships with investors, end-users, and developers
- Negotiate deals and close transactions efficiently
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches
- Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations
Requirements
- Minimum **2+ years of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi**
- Strong knowledge of key areas (Yas Island, Al Reem Island, Saadiyat, etc.)
- Proven track record in sales and closing deals
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Target-driven mindset with a professional attitude
