Job Overview
We are Omega Protection Security Services LLC hiring an experienced **Sales Agent with a background in security services** to drive business growth across the UAE.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a **security services company** as Sales and a solid understanding of the local market, including client acquisition and tender processes.
This role is suited for a proactive sales professional with an existing network in sectors such as real estate, construction, hospitality, and facility management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for security services across the UAE
- Promote and sell services including:
- Manned guarding (static & mobile)
- General Security services in Manpower Supply
- Event security
- VIP protection
- Build and maintain strong client relationships (B2B focus)
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Participate in tenders and RFP submissions
- Conduct site visits and assess client security requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum **2–5 years of sales experience in a security services company (UAE)**
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
- Existing client network in UAE is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of security industry standards and regulations (e.g., SIRA) preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
