About This Role

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Real Estate Agent to join our team.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties.

You will represent clients throughout the entire transaction process, from property search and valuation to negotiation and closing.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for real estate, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify properties that meet clients' needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients in evaluating properties by providing detailed information on market trends, pricing, and neighborhood amenities.
  • Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, including preparing and presenting offers, negotiating contracts, and facilitating inspections and appraisals.
  • Coordinate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals involved in real estate transactions to ensure a smooth closing process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date on local real estate market trends, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Utilize technology and marketing tools to promote listings and attract potential buyers or renters.
  • Attend open houses, property showings, and networking events to showcase properties and expand your client base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license in UAE is a plus
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales and marketing abilities.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property values.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and documentation.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and technology tools (e.g., MLS, CRM, digital marketing platforms) is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
