- The Sales Admin Support Coordinator provides vital support to the sales team by preparing and submitting quotations and tenders, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the availability of sales materials.
- Job Responsibilities:**Sales Support:*** Assist and collaborate with team members or other departments as needed to achieve company or departmental objectives.
- Prepare the sales order checklist.
- Identify issues and report them to the team leader.
- Communicate information clearly and respond to colleagues' questions effectively.
- **Material & Supply Inventory:*** Ensure adequate inventory of sales materials and supplies, and make sure all sales representatives have the necessary materials readily available..
- **Documentation:*** Ensure all FOC sales orders are approved by the Sales Supervisor or Division Managers.
- **Database:*** Maintain and organize the database of quotations, tenders, and other relevant documents on the company’s shared drive for easy and quick access.
Requirements
- **Education:** Bachelors Degree
- **Additional details:** Candidates are preferred to be based in the UAE and must be willing to move to company visa.
- **Experience:** 1+ years of experience
- **Job Specific Skills:** Require good knowledge in Supply & Demand Planning and good Excel skills.
