Policies & Procedures

• Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.

Transportation

• Receive the products from the ports and deliver it to the warehouse.
• Collect documents related to products from the warehouse.
• Attend the delivery of the products to the various customers around KSA as per the Warehouse Supervisor’s instructions.
• Collect any faulty products from the customers and deliver it back to Warehouse for Servicing.
• Document the delivery process and obtain an official receipt from the customer with the agreed receipt form.
• Submit reports to the Warehouse Manager about the customer visits from daily to weekly basis.

Warehouse Coordination

• Load the medical equipment into the vehicle in a safe manner.
• Submit a daily work report to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Attend to any urgent calls from the Warehouse and diverting the delivery accordingly.
• Comply with all Warehouse instructions, rules, and regulations.
• Submit the final receipt document with the customer’s stamp once the product has been delivered to Warehouse Supervisor.

Quality Check

• Properly check and inspect the items’ quality and quantity against the invoice and delivery note to ensure accuracy.
• Inform the Warehouse Supervisor of any discrepancies.
• Collect and return all documents with the customer’s signature and company stamp to the Warehouse.

Safety and Traffic Rules

• Drive safely and obey the local traffic department laws and regulation.
• Utilize online maps to identify the fastest routes.
• Maintain an organized travel schedule and ensure there is ample time to reach the destination.

Requirements

• **Education:** minimum of Diploma or High School
• **Additional details:** Valid KSA driving license (with clean driving record) - light transport.
• **Experience:** fresh graduates/1-2 years as applicable
• **Job location:** The incumbent will be covering KSA regions and according to the need for delivery in other areas of Saudi Arabia. The field work will be as per the guidance of the direct manager.
• **Job Specific Skills:** Basic MS Office skills - Good communication skills & Good follow-up.

• حاصل على رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول - نقل خفيف
• **حامل شهادة دبلوم أو ثانوية عامة كحد أدنى.**
• **مهارات التواصل و إجادة أساسية لبرامج Microsoft Office**
• **تغطية المنطقة الغربية عموماً** **وحسب احتياج التوريد في المناطق الأخرى بالمملكة العربية السعودية**
• **مسؤول عن تسليم البضائع للعملاء بطريقة آمنة وفي الوقت المناسب.**
• **مراجعة البضائع و الفواتير عند التسليم للتأكد من مطابقتها مع مستندات التوريد لضمان رضا العميل.**
• **تحضير تقارير أسبوعية للمدير المباشر للتوريدات و المتعلقات**
• **الأعمال الميدانية تكون بتوجيهات المدير المباشر**
