: Sales Admin – Listing (retail - E-commerce)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin – Listing (E-commerce) professional to join a leading luxury retail organization in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce product listing, catalog management, and marketplace coordination within the luxury retail or fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

Upload product details including descriptions, pricing, specifications, images, and inventory updates.

Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, warehouse, and merchandising teams for product launches and updates.

Ensure product information accuracy and consistency across all online platforms.

Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely updates to avoid discrepancies.

Handle listing optimization to improve product visibility and customer engagement.

Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, and listing performance updates.

Support marketplace operations including promotions, campaigns, and seasonal launches.

Maintain proper documentation and administrative records related to e-commerce operations.

Resolve listing-related issues and coordinate with platform support teams when required.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales Administration or E-commerce Listing role.

Prior experience in Luxury Retail, Fashion, Cosmetics, Jewellery, or Premium Lifestyle brands is highly preferred.

Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as Shopify, Noon, Amazon, Namshi, or similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of product catalog management and inventory coordination.

Good understanding of online retail operations and marketplace standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail.

Experience

handling SKU management and bulk product uploads.

Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly product descriptions and online merchandising.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
