Job Description
**Atlantic Group** is a leading multi-brand car dealership and exporter based in Dubai.
Since 2019, we have been serving both local and international clients with a wide range of vehicles from economy to luxury.
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Automotive Sales Department to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to track customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads to support timely closure of deals.
- Prepare, review, process, and maintain accurate records of vehicle sales transactions, delivery notes, registration documents, and other related sales documentation.
- Maintain systematic filing and organization of all sales records and documents for easy retrieval, audit readiness, and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate effectively with the Sales, Accounts, Logistics, and Workshop Departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely vehicle preparation and delivery.
- Prepare and issue sales invoices in coordination with the Accounts Department and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Monitor vehicle stock levels regularly, update inventory records, and coordinate with the Logistics Team for vehicle replenishment, transfers, and availability updates.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal departments to resolve operational issues and maintain efficient sales support processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- **1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or administration within the automotive industry** (car sales, spare parts, or rentals).
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in preparing **quotations, submittals, and sales reports** preferred.
