Position Summary
We are looking for a
Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh.
This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, relationship building, and business development.
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Manage client accounts and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized business solutions.
- Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
Qualifications
- **Saudi Nationality preferred.**
- **Proven experience in**
- Account Management and Lead Generation.
- **Strong skills in customer service and relationship management.**
- **Excellent**
- communication and presentation skills (Arabic and English).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in technology, IT, or office solutions industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
