Role overview
The description seeks a commercially driven Assistant Sales Manager with strong B2B stainless-steel sales experience and an established UAE client network.
The role sells SS 304 and SS 316 sheets, plates, coils, pipes, tubes, bars, fittings, and other stainless-steel raw materials.
Target customers include manufacturers, fabricators, engineering companies, contractors, and industrial customers.
Candidate requirements
- Strong B2B stainless-steel sales experience and strong technical knowledge of grades, specifications, thicknesses, finishes, dimensions, corrosion resistance, and fabrication applications.
- Able to advise customers on SS 304 versus SS 316 based on their needs.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-management, and technical-sales skills are required.
- UAE–Sharjah stainless-steel market experience and an active client network are strongly preferred.
- A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business and manage key accounts.
- Prepare technical-commercial quotations and negotiate prices.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and prepare forecasts.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 10,000 per month.
