Position
The Safety Supervisor will implement, monitor, and enforce health and safety standards at construction sites in Saudi Arabia.
The role calls for a mechanical or electrical engineering background, site experience, and accredited safety certification.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and enforce health and safety policies across construction sites.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, project safety plans, international HSE standards, and company HSE policies.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor adherence to safety requirements.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for site personnel.
- Prepare safety reports, records, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Accredited NASP certificate with NASP membership card, or accredited OSHA certificate of at least 40 hours with OSHA membership card.
- Technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering and proven site experience.
