Supervise and inspect architectural and civil works at project sites.
The role requires full-time presence on site.
Position responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect architectural and civil works on site.
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspect and approve completed work within the assigned authority.
- Report defects and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection records and coordinate with the project team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- At least five years of relevant experience, including practical experience in Saudi Arabia and the private sector.
- Experience supervising sites, inspecting works, and accepting architectural and civil works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings.
- Preference will be given to Saudi nationals.
