Key Duties
- Maintain the HSE management system per ISO 45001:2018.
- Implement and review OH&S objectives.
- Support the HSE Supervisor and HR in identifying legal requirements.
- Communicate HSE policies and procedures to workers.
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Assist in establishing emergency preparedness.
- Request resources for effective OH&S management.
- Conduct orientation training on safety rules and regulations.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Investigate non-conformities, accidents, and incidents.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze accident/incident statistics and suggest improvements.
Additional Duties
Conduct in-house safety training and audits on subcontractors.
Maintain HSE documents and records.
Provide safety support and advice for contract start-up activities.
Collect data for management review.
Requirements
