Safety/EHS Construction Manager role supporting construction projects at Linesight.
The role builds a health, safety and environment culture through best-in-class processes and continual improvement.
The position involves full-time on-site work for the duration of the construction phase.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners to build an EHS culture across the project.
- Communicate EHS activities to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Conduct internal audits and support non-conformance resolution.
- Establish KPIs and share results through dashboards.
- Review and challenge the EHS plan.
- Maintain a daily field presence through inspections, safety walks and targeted audits.
- Oversee use of EHS processes and procedures across projects and support functions.
- Participate in risk reviews and manage potential EHS risks.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of EHS experience in construction and project management organisations.
- Experience in contractor management, field assurance, high-risk construction and incident investigation.
- Data centre or mission-critical construction experience is strongly preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment Management.
- Formal health and safety qualification with environmental management competence or qualification.
- Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- The role is based full time on site during the construction phase.
