Role overview

Project delivery and leadership

• Lead project planning, coordination, execution, and completion across project stages.
• Manage client projects and teams against schedule and budget requirements.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, resources, reporting, and project controls.
• Lead governance covering programme, risk, change, commercial performance, and executive decisions.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Review capital funding requests and stage gates for compliance and efficiency.
• Ensure local regulatory, safety, sector, and commissioning requirements are met.
• Monitor site progress and safety; coordinate snagging, issue resolution, and close-out.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, risk logs, and change trackers; support continuous improvement.

Experience and qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in senior Project Director or Programme Director-level roles on major complex projects.
• Ideally, 5+ years of data centre or mission-critical experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale, hyperscale, or mission-critical projects from design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• GCC/Middle East delivery experience and familiarity with regional authorities, contractors, and consultants is sought.
• Proven leadership of large multidisciplinary PMC teams across project management, commercial, construction, MEP, planning, and commissioning.
• International client-facing experience with senior stakeholders across countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Strong data centre delivery knowledge, particularly MEP, commissioning, integration, and operational readiness.

Leadership and delivery skills

• Drive consultants and contractors and maintain accountability for programme, cost, quality, and safety.
• Communicate clearly at project and executive levels and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Lead diverse teams collaboratively and work within client global standards and processes.
• Bring commercial understanding of contracts, change management, procurement strategy, and project controls.
• Prioritize, make decisions, and escalate issues appropriately in a demanding client environment.

Workplace and interviews

• The role includes visible site leadership and monitoring of site progress and safety.
• Interviews are conducted in person or virtually, with video required.
