The company is seeking a responsible and proactive Safety Assistant for its Dubai-based construction business.
Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and work is in person.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Dubai-based construction company is mandatory.
- Knowledge of construction site health and safety procedures is required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the HSE team in implementing safety policies and ensuring site compliance.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and report unsafe practices.
- Ensure workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with toolbox talks, safety briefings, and incident reporting.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time position.
- Pay is AED 1,500–1,800 per month.
