The company is hiring an experienced HR Manager for the construction industry in Dubai.
Immediate joining is required.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
- Coordinate payroll and manage attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Manage employment contracts, visas, renewals, and other HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to meet workforce requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of HR Manager experience in a Dubai-based construction company is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
- Proven experience in construction workforce management and recruitment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Must be available to join immediately.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
