Receptionist role at a construction company in Dubai.

Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, suppliers, and business partners; handle calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Manage reception and maintain a professional office environment; coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor schedules.
- Receive and distribute mail, documents, and deliveries; provide administrative support to management and departments.
- Maintain records, organize documents, support daily office operations, and coordinate with site staff, engineers, suppliers, and other departments.
Requirements
- At least three years of receptionist or similar experience with a Dubai-based construction company; currently based in Dubai, UAE.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, telephone etiquette, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional, organized, energetic, and presentable.
Compensation and benefits
- AED 2,500–3,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
- Other benefits are provided according to UAE Labour Law and company policy.
