Role overview

HR operations and recruitment

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Maintain HR records and monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and workforce allocation.
• Recruit construction project staff and coordinate manpower planning, mobilization, agencies, and overseas hiring.

Compliance, payroll, and site workforce

• Ensure UAE Labour Law and MOHRE compliance and coordinate contracts, visas, permits, renewals, and employee exits.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, employee entitlements, benefits, and WPS requirements with Finance.
• Support HR across sites and labour camps, including worker welfare, induction, documentation, and deployment.

People and reporting

• Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, and workplace disputes.
• Support performance reviews, development, training, engagement, and workforce retention.
• Prepare HR and manpower reports and advise management on workforce matters.

Mandatory requirements

• At least five years of HR experience in the Dubai/UAE construction or contracting industry, including prior Dubai-based construction company experience.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures, and experience managing construction and blue-collar workforces.
• Practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, visa/work permit processes, and HR administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems; strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent certification and experience with multiple projects or large UAE workforces are advantageous.

Pay

• AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
